Delivery Information:
Limavady Memorials has a policy of not profiting from postage charges. Therefore
each item is weighed, so the cost of shipping is calculated every time you add
an item to your
basket, the total postage costs will depend on weight of order. The final cost of
shipping also includes packaging time and packaging materials, insurance whilst
in transit, as well as
weight of postage charged by Royal Mail. Personalised candles are dispatched in
a sturdy purpose designed postage box.
The cost of Shipping includes both postal charges and packaging. Shipping
charges are updated once you have added items to your basket, and can be seen by
clicking on view
basket, or checkout.
All Parcels we use Parcel Force 48. Tracking numbers are available on request.
Delivery times are based upon information given to us by Parcelforce.
We sometimes split orders into 2 or more parcels to keep postage cost down.
International Destinations: We currently ship internationally, please email us at
contactus@limavadymemorials.com.
When your order has left our workshop you will receive a dispatch email. Allow
up to 28 working days for deliveries to mainland UK after order has been
dispatched (During the
Christmas period, please allow an extra few days.)
Orders sent by 1st class Royal Mail recorded or special delivery will require a
signature.
A majority of orders are delivered within 1 working day but can take up to four
weeks. If there is no one available to sign for your order, Royal Mail will
leave a notification card and your
order will be taken to your local post office where it will be available for
collection. Your parcel will be kept at your local post office for 5 days, if it
is not collected Royal Mail will try to
return it to us.
We as the sellers are not responsible for delivery time, once your order has
been dispatched. Delivery time information is provided by the carrier, usually
the Royal Mail postal system
or Parcelforce, and excludes weekends and bank holidays.
If you live in the UK and have not received your order within 7-10 days of the
receipt of a "Your order has been shipped" email, please first check with your
local Royal Mail sorting
office to see if they are holding a parcel for you.
Orders are only classified as missing in the post 15 days after posting. If 15
days or more have passed and your order has not been received, please contact
us.
Note that delivery time may vary, particularly during peak period. In the
unlikely event that your order is lost /delayed in the post please contact us
either by email:

delivery number to track with your local post office.
Non Customized Items:
The Customer has ten (10) days from the delivery date to notify us of the return
of the item/s by e-mail. We will reply with return instructions within 48 hours
during regular business
days. Once the customer receives the return instructions the customer has ten
(10) days to return the item/s (there are no exceptions). Expedited fees will
not be reimbursed (example:
Overnight or 24hr Delivery). The Product must be in resalable condition. We will
not accept returns on any cremation products that have been filled with ashes or
any grave products
that have been left outside for any period of time as this is classed by
Limavady Memorials as used. The Customer is responsible for the return shipping
charges. If you are returning a
product which is not personalized but has an add on you will be charged for the
add on (example: name plaques). To initiate a return contactus@limavadymemorials.com
(you will
receive a response within 48 hours during regular business days, if you do not
call us).
Customized Items:
Including but not limited to personalized grave memorials, ceramic pictures,
Flower vases, memorial rocks, polyresin solar products, and any other
personalized item we may carry, if
work has been started there will be no returns allowed. If work has not started
on the item ordered customer may cancel the order without incurring any charges
and a full refund will be
given. LimavadyMemorials.com reserves the right to replace the defective or incorrect
products with one that meets the original order. You may be required to provide
photographed details of
the defective/incorrect product for internal review prior to any action being
taken. Customer has ten (10) days from the delivery date to report a defective
or incorrect product; and a
free replacement will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.

Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 24 hours; because we
work with many different suppliers and a claim has to be filed with the shipping
company
(example: Parcelforce, Royal Mail, etc). The customer must notify us by sending
an e-mail tocontactus@limavadymemorials.com or calling at +44 (028) 7776 6034. We
have the right
to replace damaged items.
